1. What days will EbonyTicklers be updated?

EbonyTicklers will be updated on the 1st and 15th of every month.


2. I lost my confirmation email I received when I joined.  How can I cancel my membership?

3.  For some strange reason, I was in the Members Area, and now my username and password aren't working. Why? 

We use password protection scripts which detect users sharing usernames and passwords.  If any user is found password sharing, we will immediately terminate the user's account and NO REFUND will be issued.  It should also be known that our systems are designed to freeze any user account which exceeds our daily download limit within a 24 hour period.


What kind of movie files are inside the Members Area? What software will I need to view them?

All movie clips are Windows Media Files.  In order to view them, you will need to download them to your computer, unzip them using Winzip (which can be downloaded for free at http://www.Winzip.com), and by using the latest version of Microsoft's Windows Media Player. I would like to buy your dvd's, but I can't make up my mind.  Can you email me some sample clips?

I don't get paid until next week.  Can you give me a temporary username and password.  I promise to send the money as soon as I get paid.
